How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who will I actually talk to?

You will talk to an independent provider in our network, or someone from that provider's office. Regulationmothers Pest Control is the connector. The provider is the one who visits your home, gives the quote, and does the work.

We do not list staff or profiles on this site, because the people helping you belong to the provider's business, not to us.

What happens when they call?

Expect a short, friendly conversation. The provider will likely ask:

  • What did you see, and where in the house?
  • When did you first notice it?
  • Have you tried anything yet?
  • Do you have children or pets at home?
  • What kind of home is it, and does it have a basement or attic?

Photos can help. A picture of droppings, damage or a pest gives a provider a head start.

Many providers will then offer an inspection. Some can respond quickly, but timing varies, so ask what their schedule looks like.

What should I ask a provider?

Good questions make for good decisions. Try these:

  • Are you licensed and insured in Maryland?
  • What exactly will you do, and which pest or animal is it?
  • Can I get the quote in writing?
  • What is included? Follow-up visits? Sealing entry points? Cleanup?
  • How long should results take, and what if the problem returns?
  • Are the products safe around pets and children?

For wildlife, also ask whether the methods are humane and whether young animals may be present.

Quote in writing. It protects you, and it helps you compare.

Am I in control?

Yes. You decide what happens at every step. You can ask questions, request a second quote, or say no thanks. A request through Regulationmothers Pest Control does not lock you into anything.

If a provider pressures you to sign on the spot, slow down. A good provider will explain the plan and give you time to think.
